Answer: You could make your search using the search engine, which includes:

- Date of accommodating the guests

Answer: Before booking you will have a list of the types of accommodation according to the criteria and the number of persons you indicated while searching!

I sent a booking request, but that request has not been answered.
Answer: Only if that was holiday occasion. Otherwise you will be put in touch with an authorised person who will help you complete the reservation process.

What should I do if the hotel I chose offers no more available rooms?
Answer: An authorised person will get in touch with you to offer an alternative hotel, taking into account destination, location and price.

How many days in advance do I need to book?
Answer: The sooner, the better. An early booking is a guarantee for your holiday actually taking place.

Is the “via internet” booking procedure the only option; what other options do I have?
Answer: Of course there is alternative booking method. You can always use the phone and address details of our offices – you can find them in the “Contacts” section on the website.

Does the price indicate the money paid per person or does it regard the use of the hotel room itself?
Answer: All the prices regard the use of one hotel room in Bulgarian currency – lev.

Are other fees and VAT included in the price?
Answer: The price includes all additional fees and taxes. Some hotels do not include resort tax, so you need to pay that when you arrive, but you will be informed in advance if that is the case.

Do you have discount for children?
Answer: All hotels offer children's discount - they vary with the age. TIRS.BG takes into account the discount and it is reflected in the final price. In order to calculate the discount according to that scheme, you need to provide us with all the details – date of birth, age etc. – when booking.

How do I need to book my vacation?
Answer: If you are booking with TIRS.BG you can use the following payment methods:

Confirmation

When and how will my booking confirmation be released?
Answer:
- Option 1: If there are available rooms – at the moment of booking.
- Option 2: If the room is on request – within 24 hours.

What do I need to do if I decide to cancel my booking?
Answer: Within the cancellation period (which varies from 1 to 14 days depending on the hotel you booked in), you have no right to make a cancellation, otherwise you will be charged a fee.
During the pre-cancellation period you can cancel and modify your booking(if you have the option to do so).

What is the method of getting my money back when booking cancellation has taken place?
Answer: That method is indicated in the general conditions.

What documents do I need to show to the reception personnel in the hotel?
Answer: You need to show the voucher we are going to provide you with (you can have it from our office or we will send it to you via email) and id documents.
