All prices are per room / apartment per night and include:

• breakfast and dinner
• insurance
• tourist tax
• using of swimming pool
• lounge chair
• sun umbrella and parking place

All Price not include:

• additional hotel services
• fridge: 2 EUR per day - paid on the spot

No VAT is charged on the prices quoted. Invoices are issued without VAT charge.

NOTE:

• Minimum occupancy for suite - 3 full paying adults.
• First child /02 - 12.99 years/ on extra bed in double room with two full paying adults - free of charge.
• Second child /00 - 12.99 years/ on extra bed in one room with two full paying adults – 50% discount of the price for adult on regular bed.
• First child /02 - 12.99 years/ on regular bed with one full paying adult - 50% discount of the price for adult on regular bed.
• Child till 1.99 years - free of charge.
• Third adult on extra bed - 20% discount of the price for adult on regular bed.

Cancellation policy:

• No cancellation fee - 7 days before arrival.;Cancellation fee - 1 night from: 0 – 7 days.
