Bansko Spa & Holidays Hotel 4* was opened in January 2007. The hotel is situated in the western area of Bansko (at 1000 m away from the center of the town), at the ring road. The distance to the recently designed ski lift 2 is about 600 meters. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is allotted a land for designing of golf playground, racecourse and tennis courts.

The complex is built at 2 levels - 3- and 4-floor building, with a beautiful view to Pirin and Rila and offers accommodation in 87 double rooms, 6 family rooms and 14 suites. Each room has satellite TV, LAN Intenet access, mini bar, telephone, bath with bathtub and hairdryer.
