ECOHOTEL ZHERAVNA - Zheravna

Location

Eco-hotel Zheravna is situated on the main tourist street of the architectural-historical reserve Zheravna. It is opened in 2003 and is a typical Revival house, which is a cultural and architectural monument and has 300 years history. In it you will find unique combination of modern luxury and the spirit of the far-off epoch.

Rooms

The hotel is two-storey building with 5 rooms for guests – one bedroom, bedroom plus bed, two triple rooms and studio for three persons. Each room has individual WC and is distinguished with specific architectural style and interior, with hand made wood-carvings, fleecy rugs, embroideries, rugs.

Bars & Restaurants

The hotel’s guests can try Bulgarian traditional and local dishes. Here is offered barbecue and roasted on furnace lamb. Each guest can take part in the preparation of the meal or prepare it entirely by himself/herself. You have the opportunity to have a bite on traditional Bulgarian table in the common Zheravna guest’s room that is located on the first floor or in open-air – in the corner for feeding, which is situated in the wonderful yard of the house.

Hotel Services

The service in the hotel is diurnal. The staff is located in a small next door house and is always at your disposal. The hotel’s guests can make themselves comfortable in the pretty terrace-like yard, which is buried in verdure and is formed in folk style. Here is located barbecue-corner, traditional Zheravna furnace, small rockery and many articles of the home life of the Bulgarian since the period of the Revival. Wonderful place for meetings and conversations is the guest’s room where you will enjoy the beautiful fireplace and the fire itself.
Excursions to Kotel, the village of Katunishte, “Siniya vir” (“The Blue Pool”) countryside, and picnics to the near forest are organized to fill up your spare time. There is an opportunity for horse riding, fishing and marches along the organized eco-paths.
