Hotel Kotva is located in the southern part of the complex. It is about 250 meters from the beach and approximately 3 km. from the center of Sunny beach.Nearby is located the town of Nessebar /about 800 meters/.

The hotel consists of two wings connected by a common reception area with spacious lobby. It has 400 double rooms and 80 apartments (consists of two double rooms, living room and bedroom with connecting door).There are 4 floors and elevators in each wing. Each room has a telephone with direct connection, satellite TV, mini bar, balcony and bathroom.
