It is located in the resort settlement of Obzor, on the sea-shore. Rooms

All rooms and apartments have air-conditioner.
The double rooms have two beds and extending sofa for a child. Here are offered 150 rooms with view towards the sea and 150 rooms with view towards the street. There are telephone, satellite TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, bathroom with shower /without hair-drier/ in the rooms and apartments/mesonets. The five apartments have common big premises with two beds, extending sofa and extending armchair.
The bedroom in the three mesonets is on the upper floor and the living room is on the first level. The bathroom has bathtub.

Main restaurant, lobby-bar, Irish pub. It works on the system “All Inclusive”.
