Maxi Park Hotel & SPA - Velingrad is the newest 5-star complex in the resort, opened in 2009. It is located in Ludjene, on a hill among pine park in the central part of Velingrad.

Rooms

Park Hotel & Spa Maxi has 112 spacious rooms (52 sq.m each) situated in two wings of the building, connected by walkway. All rooms are equipped with large bed French bed type, low furniture with a sofa. The modern equipment in the hotel room includes TV with cable channels, telephone, Internet, mini bar, safe, central air conditioning, bathtub with shower. All rooms are non-smoking.

Bars & Restaurants

The hotel has a main restaurant with 90 seats, with a separate breakfast room (buffet). The winery in the hotel with accommodation 120 guests is offering a selection of Bulgarian and imported red and white wines. There is also a spacious lobby bar at the reception level with connection to the two hotel wings. The restaurant, winery and lobby bar have large outdoor terraces.

Park Hotel & Spa Maxi - Velingrad offers for the business needs of its guests 2 conference halls, equipped with a screen, flip chart and multimedia.
The capacity of the large one is 130 seats, and smaller - 80 seats.

SPA Center

At Maxi Park Hotel & Spa - Velingrad are available: indoor swimming pool with children's section, an outdoor swimming pool, three hot lounges and action at a temperature of 37, 39 and 41 degrees C. SPA hotel has a steam bath, tepidarium, Russian bath, cedar sauna, Finnish sauna, a small cold pool, original Turkish hamam - with two massage rooms, spacious room to relax. The guests of the hotel has 2 ordinary massage rooms and 4 VIP massage rooms - each with a Jacuzzi, sauna and mini double shower. SPA also has a beauty room and Gymnasium.
SPA procedures include a variety of aromatherapy anti stress treatments, reflexology, Andalusia therapy, muscle therapies, classic massages.
