RILA - Semkovo

Location

The hotel complex Rila, the former holiday house Rila is located in Rila Mountain, at 17 kilometers from the town of Belitsa in Semkovo resort. The distance to the nearest airport Sofia is 160 kilometers. Semkovo has six ski tracks, including three on the northern slopes, with total length of 4 kilometers. They are served by eight ski tows. The ski grounds in the resort are with comparatively small length and incline and are suitable for mass sport. The hotel is a starting point of mountain routes to natural landmarks in National Park “Rila”. More important ski tracks are:
- Ski-track in Semkovo countryside – it is 400 meters long and is served by a ski tow which has the capacity of 150 people per hour.
- Ski-track in Orlite (Kartala) countryside - it is 800 meters long and is served by two ski tows which are 800 and 1100 meters long and their capacity is accordingly 450 and 700 people per hour.

Rila hotel complex consists of two hotel bases with 193 rooms, including 21 apartments (480 beds total).

The hotel is entirely renovated in 2003. You can take advantage of an indoor swimming pool, sauna, sports halls, fitness center, medical center - dental surgery, tangentor bathtubs for water massage, room for dry massage, foyers.
