Private "Sunny house" is located at the beginning of the resort "St. St. Konstantin and Helen" (bus stop "Marek"), near to the Black Sea and the balneological pools of the resort. The building responds to the romantic spirit and traditions of the local architecture. Its additional accents are the traditional natural materials: solid timber, ashlar, lime ect.

The private house has a spacious elegant flat, a lovely garret and six double rooms equipped with bathrooms. The flat offers a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, cabel TV and the garret has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and cabel. The furniture is of modern design.

At guests' disposal there are two big garages and two parking places in addition.

The big garden is arranged on several levels with plenty of various fruit trees, a good organized and trim vegetables area and a greenery. There is an authentic sheltered spot with barbeque, located under a pictorial vine-arbour.
